    Managed the largest solar energy project in Massachusetts history using aggregated procurement and long term power purchase agreements to help bring down costs and stabilize the impact of utility price volatility on affordable housing projects in the state.

  • Massachusetts State House Solar Photovoltaics Feasibility Study

    Lead author and project manager on a study of the technical and financial feasibility of installing solar photovoltaics on the Massachusetts State House for the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management.

  • VAEIS, Inc. – Value Added Energy Information Systems

    Heartwood started and spun off this technology company providing internet based monitoring services for renewable energy projects. Clients included the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund and SunEdison, the largest developer of solar energy projects in North America. Company merged with a competitor, creating the leading provider of remote monitoring services in the solar energy industry.

  • Mount Wachusett Community College Wind Energy Project

    Project manager for feasibility study and follow on permitting phase for a three megawatt behind the meter wind energy project.

  • One Social Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island

    Own, renovated and operate a 32,000 square foot historic office building. Complete interior renovations. Significant building systems upgrades. Stabilized tenancy.

  • Ipswich Municipal Light Department Wind Energy Feasibility Study

    Lead author and study coordinator on a feasibility study for installing a single wind turbine on town owned land for the town’s municipal power company.

  • Somerset Gardens, Taunton Massachusetts

    Owned and renovated ten unit apartment building. Redeveloped building into affordable owner occupied condominiums.

  • The Fields of North Wawecus, Norwich, Connecticut

    Developed sixteen lot residential community on seventy five acres, permanently preserving the majority for agricultural use and open space.

  • Morris Hope Farm, Berkley Massachusetts

    Developed ten lot residential subdivision with unique covenants for solar access and solar ready homes.
